Good morning. I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend. It snowed here yesterday, but other than that my weekend is going great.
Today I’m going to post 3 tutorials. They are all about textures. One is for metal textures, one is for felt texture and the other is for cardboard textures.
I want to say first though, that just because I do it one way doesn’t mean it’s the best way out there. It’s just the way I do it. I’ve seen other ways to do it and i’m sure there are plenty out there who have even better ways of doing it.
Normally I would scan a texture in and use that as a base when I’m doing this, but I wanted to show how to do it without scanning in anything. Just using what Photoshop came with. I’ll do another tutorial for both the felt and the cardboard showing you scanning them in and using that as the base.
